Pneumatic hoist product composition:
- Hand-operated valve: mainly consists of: handle, valve body and key composition. Manipulate the key to open the valve to control the main control valve airway and motor airway connection. Or hand-pulled rope operation
Pull the pendulum rotation to achieve the valve opening, can achieve stepless variable speed. - Main control valve: It mainly consists of: left and right valve stems, connecting rod and air distribution disc. Through the switching of the left and right airways to complete the air motor forward and reverse air distribution work.
- Air motor: mainly consists of: rotor, stator, front and rear end caps and blades. When the air distribution disc of the main control valve sends compressed air into the motor, the blades rotate with the rotor at a high speed.
- Hanging: mainly consists of: upper hook, hanging body, sprocket, chain, lower hook and other parts. Relying on the sprocket’s forward and reverse rotation to complete the upward and downward movement.
- Reducer: mainly composed of: shell and a set of planetary reduction mechanism. When the high-speed shaft of the air motor is input into the reduction mechanism, the torque is increased by deceleration and output to the lifting sprocket by the final stage.
- Brake mechanism: mainly composed of brake cone, brake ring and cylinder. The brake cone and brake ring are separated through the main control valve to the cylinder to release the brake.
- Interlocking mechanism: mainly composed of: rotating shaft, pendulum frame and reset spring. It plays the role of anti-collision and protection when it rises and falls to the position.
